(b) read as follows: "(b) The Office shall be headed by an Executive Director who shall be appointed by the Council for a term of 3 years and may be reappointed. The Executive Director may be removed by the Council for cause or by a vote of 'no confidence' by two-thirds of the Advisory Neighborhood Commissions within a 6 month period. Once a 'no-confidence' resolution is adopted by a Commission, the secretary of the respective Commission shall transmit the resolution to the Council."
