Within 90 days of the close of each fiscal year, the Criminal Justice Supervisory Board shall submit an annual report to the Mayor and to the Council of the District of Columbia concerning its work during the preceding fiscal year.
b
The Mayor's Office of Policy and Program Evaluation through the Board may submit other studies, evaluations, crime data analyses, and reports to the Mayor or the Council of the District of Columbia as deemed appropriate or as requested by the Mayor or the Council.
