A title insurance producer shall fulfill the following continuing education requirements:
1
Eight hours per year, of which not more than 4 hours may be completed by computer or video-based education; or
2
If the title insurance producer is an attorney, 4 hours per year in courses related to real estate and continuing education courses approved by the Commissioner by rule.
b
The Commissioner may establish continuing education requirements for resident insurance producers.
